Giving Tree Yoga & Wellness Presents

A Community for Karma Project: Meditate & Create thru Mindful Movement, Art and Sound.

Enjoy live musician/tribal drumming.

This is A Sensory Experience for All.

Tune - in and listen* to the rhythm of old-world, tribal Drum and soft sounds of your breath.
We'll dive deeply into a moving meditation, gentle yoga flow (bring a mat if you like, some will be available) and breathing techniques designed to unlock creative energy then flooding your body, mind and spirit with sweet inspiration.

We'll conclude our movement practice with a visualization that may unfold towards dreaming of texture and color.

An art project awaits…
It's a surprise & will be so much fun and something that you will cherish always!!!

We are an urban sanctuary providing wellness via yoga, expressive movement, meditation, music and healing arts. We are a community based wellness center working towards building awareness, mindfulness and peace for all, with a lil' extra love* for the people of Haverhill
