ELLIS - a short film starring DeNiro comes to Haverhill

This short film is a fresh way to hear immigrant family stories that served to connect and strengthen our community. Haverhill, MA is a rich mix of immigrants.  REGISTER HERE

The ELLIS screening will serve catalyst for conversation, community and connection as our City celebrates its 375th!

The 14 minute short film starts on a continuous loop at  3 o'clock until 7 PM @ 90 Washington St next to The Tap restaurant.

Between 5pm and 6pm there will be discussions, visual histories and other activities that we will bring us together.  Attendees will share their memories, the struggles, and foundations that built our country through the film ELLIS.

The short film stars Academy Award Winner Robert De Niro, was written by Academy Award winner Eric Roth and is directed by the artist JR whose Unframed art installations in the abandoned Ellis Island hospital complex serves as the set for this powerful and timely film.
